Tube shoulder
Different products for cosmetic, personal care, skincare, hair care, or food require different type of tube shoulders. I. TA offers a couples of types of tube shoulder for our customers to choose such as standard screw head, nozzle head, long nozzle head, standard flip cap head, or customized head.
How to manufacture a tube shoulder
We put plastic resin into the injection machine, and the resin is heated by the injection machine. When the resin is heated enough, the plastic transports to the mold to become the tube shoulders form and bonding with tube sleeve. By adding colored plastic material, the tube shoulder color could be customized.
Tube shoulder quality control
The bonding strength is the most important part between the tube shoulder and the tube sleeve. Customer won’t accept that their products break in any situation. I. TA has over 30 year experiences of manufacturing empty cosmetic PE tube. We randomly destructive test the bonding strength by QC department. Moreover, I. TA imports leaking tester which is widely uses in medicine laboratory.
