EVOH高阻隔氣密5層共擠押軟管
隨著塑膠軟管發展多年,目前我司已發展到多層軟管的領域,較單層或雙層PE軟管來說,五層軟管比先前的塑膠軟管有更高的氣體阻隔性,五層軟管的組成為PE/黏劑/EVOH/黏劑/PE,在三層軟管的領域中,運用黏劑和PE的混和製作出的三層管也相當常見,我司為確保EVOH和PE的黏合,避免PE和黏劑在混和的時候分布不均,添購五層軟管押出機,其目的是要將PE和黏劑分開加工,透過電子顯微鏡可以清楚的看到五層軟管層層分明。。
